For Tanya and Chris, Maudslay State Park in Newburyport, Massachusetts provided the perfect backdrop for their spring engagement photos. With its iconic wisteria-draped brick walls, ancient tree-lined paths, and sweeping golden meadows, Maudslay is one of the most breathtaking spots in New England for engagement photography, and this session was a reminder of exactly why.

From the moment Tanya and Chris stepped in front of the camera, their connection was impossible to miss. We wandered through the park's famous cedar tunnel, paused beneath cascading white wisteria blooms, and found quiet moments tucked among the roots of one of Maudslay's signature old-growth trees. Whether they were laughing uncontrollably on a piggyback ride or stealing a kiss framed by a canopy of pink cherry blossoms, every frame told the story of two people genuinely, deeply in love.

As golden hour crept across the meadows, the session took on a warmth that only that magical late-afternoon New England light can deliver. Spins, dips, and candid laughter filled the open fields as the sun dipped behind the pines, the kind of images that belong on walls, not just Instagram feeds.
