Rehearsal at UMass Club, Beacon Hill Photos, and Dinner at XV Beacon | Lauren & Charlie | Boston MA
Lauren and Charlie’s wedding weekend in Boston began with their rehearsal at the UMass Club, where the skyline views set the tone for the celebration ahead. With everyone gathered and the ceremony plans in place, it was the perfect start to a relaxed and meaningful evening.
After the rehearsal, we headed over to Beacon Hill to take advantage of the sunset. This is one of the best areas in Boston for portraits, with its historic streets, brick sidewalks, and soft evening light. Lauren and Charlie moved naturally through the neighborhood, which made it easy to capture candid moments that felt effortless and real.
We spent time on Acorn Street, one of the most iconic streets in the city. The cobblestone path and classic architecture created a timeless backdrop, but it was the connection between Lauren and Charlie that made these images stand out. Sunset in Beacon Hill always brings a quiet, cinematic feel that works perfectly for moments like this.
From there, the evening continued with dinner at the XV Beacon Hotel, where family and friends gathered to celebrate. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, giving everyone a chance to connect before the wedding day. Combining a rehearsal at the UMass Club, sunset portraits in Beacon Hill, and dinner at XV Beacon made for a perfect Boston wedding weekend, and I was looking forward to continuing the story as I photographed their wedding day at the UMass Club.
